Friends of the Edisto has been working hard in recent months to forge new and stronger ties with our friends along the river as it joins with the Atlantic Ocean at Edisto Island.
As part of this effort, we had begun actively planning for a new FRED event, tentatively scheduled for the second weekend in November. We were looking forwards to a great day, but then Hurricane Matthew forced us to put those plans on hold.
